This hook is for venting from the outside. The Roofman vents out-of-reach windows from the roof position, over parapet wall, or the roof edge. You can push down ceilings out of reach of the standard 6 foot hook found in high cocklofts. Outside ventman vents out-of-reach windows off fire escapes or ladders. Vents out of reach windows from alleyways or yards from the ground level.
